Who we are

Dr Grant McAree BDS (Dundee) BSc Hons

I adopt a preventative, conservative approach to treatment, favouring minimally invasive techniques wherever clinically possible, at no compromise to the aesthetic result. This is why I’m especially pleased to treat patients with new, revolutionary Teeth Straightening systems, which rarely require teeth to be removed.

As a Dentist, my overriding concern is to protect and conserve as much of the natural tooth structure for as long as possible, meaning I never go for the quick-fix, destructive solutions so often seen in extreme makeover-type programmes and magazine articles.

I love my job – every case is different and after 15 years in practice, I am happy to say my main source of new business is word-of-mouth recommendations. Please visit our Testimonials page to see for yourself what our Patients have to say.

The following are just a few of the questions I’m frequently asked about Straightening, some of which you may have been wondering about yourself:

  • Can you straighten my teeth in months not years?
  • Can you straighten my teeth without using ‘train-tracks’?
  • Can you close the gaps in my teeth without crowns or veneers?
  • Can you straighten just one tooth on its own?

All of the above can be done if you are suitable.
